I’m Olta and I am a licensed Real Estate agent in Wisconsin and Iowa. I chose to be a Realtor® in order to provide real value to clients in buying or selling their home. The values I bring to my clients include a deep knowledge of the real estate market in the area and my exceptional negotiation and marketing skills. Perhaps most importantly, I understand the real stress buying or selling a home can generate. You have my promise to be genuinely caring and supportive during every step of the way.
 
My life journey brought me from my hometown of Tirana., Albania to the Northwest suburbs of Chicago where I grew up. In 2012 I moved to Cuba City, Wisconsin where I have grown to love and admire all of the benefits that a small town has to offer. I have developed deep connections throughout my community and I am so grateful for all of the people that I consider great friends, colleagues, and clients.
 
I am a mother to three beautiful children that keep me on my toes. In my free time, you can find me at my local Gym or planning a road trip with my kids. I look forward to connecting with you and exceeding your real estate advisor expectations. Let me guide you home.
